STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT

CORPORATE BRAND ADVISORY + DFY BRANDING

INTERNAL ROLE: BRAND DIRECTOR OF AGENT BRANDING & MARKETING @ YUB REALTY

While serving as Director of Agent Branding & Marketing at YUB Realty, I identified an opportunity to strengthen the organization’s internal brand infrastructure by creating a centralized brand portal that improved accessibility, consistency, and long-term brand adoption across the agent network.

The initiative evolved from months of direct collaboration with agents, observing internal workflows, identifying recurring challenges, and designing a scalable system that reduced dependency on one-on-one support while creating a more consistent brand experience throughout the organization.

Organizational Challenge:

The organization had reached a point where continued growth required more than additional marketing support—it required a repeatable system.

Agents across multiple office locations needed consistent access to branding resources, educational materials, approved marketing assets, appointment scheduling, company updates, and implementation guidance. Without a centralized framework, support remained fragmented, information became difficult to locate, and recurring one-on-one meetings limited the scalability of the department as new agents joined the organization.

Brand Architecture Solution:

Following several months of direct collaboration with agents, recurring coaching sessions, and ongoing observation of internal workflows, I designed and led the development of a centralized Agent Brand Portal that became the organization’s internal destination for brand education, marketing resources, implementation support, and ongoing communication.

The platform consolidated previously disconnected resources into one integrated experience. Agents could access branding templates, approved print materials, educational recordings, content strategy resources, appointment scheduling, company announcements, branding guidance, recommended tools, and implementation support through a single system designed to standardize how the brand was represented across the organization.

ENGAGEMENT APPROACH

Phase 1: Organizational Assessment & Discovery
  • Conducted recurring one-on-one strategy sessions to understand each agent’s business goals, niche, personal brand, and marketing challenges.

  • Led ongoing group branding and social media trainings to improve brand representation and marketing consistency across the organization.

  • Redesigned and standardized foundational brand assets, including business cards, in-office designs, print collateral, supporting brand and marketing materials.

  • Identified recurring opportunities to improve how branding resources, education, and marketing support were delivered across the growing agent network.

Organizational Impact:

The completed Agent Brand Portal transformed a previously fragmented support model into a centralized internal brand ecosystem that could be accessed across the organization at any time. Resources that had once depended on recurring one-on-one meetings were consolidated into a single destination, giving agents consistent access to branding guidance, approved marketing materials, educational recordings, content strategy resources, social media templates, implementation tools, appointment scheduling, company updates, and ongoing brand support.

By documenting and centralizing the organization’s branding methodologies, Donellia’s training resources, and implementation frameworks, the platform established a scalable foundation that supported future onboarding, reinforced brand consistency, and enabled agents to continue learning and implementing the organization’s brand standards long after individual training sessions had concluded.
