The Clarity Session Intensive is a 90-minute deep dive built for founders who are growing, pivoting, or refining their brand, and need an expert eye to spot what they can’t see. You’ve gained traction, but you’re hitting a wall. You’re making moves, but they’re not moving you forward fast enough. In this session, we dissect your brand identity, positioning, and strategy to find the real gaps and help you make smarter, sharper decisions that align with your next level. This isn’t a coaching call, it’s a full-scale premium brand audit and strategy session rooted in brand psychology, messaging, and long-term alignment. You’ll leave with direction you can actually execute and a 30-day plan to bring it to life. What’s Included: – 90-minute private strategy session – Brand audit based on your intake form and submitted materials – Personalized 30-Day Brand Action Plan – 30-minute follow-up session (scheduled at least 30 days later) – The Brand Blueprint Deluxe (150+ pages of brand frameworks, tools, and AI prompts) – The Price Positioning Blueprint (digital guide for confident, aligned pricing) – The Clarity Map (guided reflection tool for vision and insights) – Strategic feedback for one upcoming launch, campaign, or event (no creative ideation/execution included) Why It Matters: When you’re deep in the work, it’s hard to see where you’re stuck. This session gives you structure, clarity, and a clear path forward—so you can stop reacting and start leading your brand with strategy, not survival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This serves as your e-signature confirming your understanding and acceptance. Booking & Refund Policy You are responsible for booking and attending your session on time. All bookings are non-refundable. No exceptions. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment via your confirmation email. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is not permitted. Appointments cannot be canceled once booked. No-Show Policy You have a 15-minute grace period to join your session. If you miss it, your session will be marked as a no-show and a $100 non-refundable rebooking fee will apply. A new booking link will be sent within 1–2 business days; allow up to 5 business days during holiday periods. Rebooking is first come, first served and not guaranteed. After two no-shows, your booking privileges will be permanently revoked. Disputing this fee will result in an immediate booking ban. Punctuality Policy Late arrivals will not receive additional time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If Designs By Donellia is late (rare), your full session time will be honored. In the rare case that Designs By Donellia must cancel, you will be notified promptly and rescheduled. Disputes & Policy Violations If you dispute charges made by you, or after services have been rendered or violate any outlined policies, legal action will be taken, and future booking access will be revoked. Any form of public defamation, slander, or misrepresentation will result in legal action. Content Use Agreement Sessions may be recorded or captured for promotional, testimonial, or educational use. If you wish for your session to remain private, written notice must be sent to designsbydonellia@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered consent. Digital Resource & IP Policy All digital resources, and concepts/ideas given are licensed for personal use only.
