SERVICE DESCRIPTION
This introductory discovery conversation is designed to understand your organization’s current needs, the challenges prompting you to seek outside advisory, and the goals you are working toward. During our conversation, we’ll discuss what is currently happening within the business, what you are preparing for next, and where your internal team may need additional strategic guidance. This gives us the context needed to determine whether Designs By Donellia is the appropriate advisory partner and what type of engagement may best support your organization. Depending on your needs, this may include Strategic Recalibration, Brand Architecture, or a custom corporate advisory engagement. Custom advisory scopes are developed following the discovery conversation, with a proposal outlining the recommended structure, scope, and investment. Designs By Donellia works alongside internal teams in an advisory capacity. We do not provide done-for-you branding, creative execution, or implementation services. Please note: This is a discovery conversation only. Strategic recommendations and advisory work are reserved for confirmed client engagements after placement has been confirmed and an engagement has been formally accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This serves as your e-signature confirming your understanding and acceptance. You are responsible for booking and attending your session on time. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment via your confirmation email. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is not permitted. Appointments cannot be canceled once booked. No-Show Policy You have a 15-minute grace period to join your session. If you miss it, your session will be marked as a no-show. After two no-shows, your booking privileges will be permanently revoked. Punctuality Policy Late arrivals will not receive additional time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If Designs By Donellia is late (rare), your full session time will be honored. In the rare case that Designs By Donellia must cancel, you will be notified promptly and rescheduled. Disputes & Policy Violations If you dispute charges made by you, or after services have been rendered or violate any outlined policies, legal action will be taken, and future booking access will be revoked. Any form of public defamation, slander, or misrepresentation will result in legal action. Content Use Agreement Sessions may be recorded or captured for promotional, testimonial, or educational use. If you wish for your session to remain private, written notice must be sent to designsbydonellia@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered consent. Digital Resource & IP Policy All digital resources, and concepts/ideas given are licensed for personal use only.
