SERVICE DESCRIPTION
YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DENIED IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE APPROVED LIST OF CLIENTS: (Follow the instructions in your e-mail to receive complimentary access) This 1:1 follow-up is for returning clients who’ve already completed a 90-minute Clarity Session in the last 60-days ONLY and need a one-time check-in. Use this space to review your progress, ask targeted questions, or get support on decisions that came up after your session. It’s not a new strategy session—it’s a brief, strategic touchpoint. Important: • Only ONE follow-up session is allowed per Clarity Session. • If you’ve booked a 90-minute session, this follow-up is complimentary. No additional follow-ups are available. (Use the code you received in your downloads e-mail) • Clarity Session Starter clients are not eligible for follow-ups, should you need ongoing support please request access to our Clarity Session Platinum Program or book a Clarity Session Intensive.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This serves as your e-signature confirming your understanding and acceptance. Booking & Refund Policy You are responsible for booking and attending your session on time. All bookings are non-refundable. No exceptions. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment via your confirmation email. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is not permitted. Appointments cannot be canceled once booked. No-Show Policy You have a 15-minute grace period to join your session. If you miss it, your session will be marked as a no-show and a $100 non-refundable rebooking fee will apply. A new booking link will be sent within 1–2 business days; allow up to 5 business days during holiday periods. Rebooking is first come, first served and not guaranteed. After two no-shows, your booking privileges will be permanently revoked. Disputing this fee will result in an immediate booking ban. Punctuality Policy Late arrivals will not receive additional time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If Designs By Donellia is late (rare), your full session time will be honored. In the rare case that Designs By Donellia must cancel, you will be notified promptly and rescheduled. Disputes & Policy Violations If you dispute charges made by you, or after services have been rendered or violate any outlined policies, legal action will be taken, and future booking access will be revoked. Any form of public defamation, slander, or misrepresentation will result in legal action. Content Use Agreement Sessions may be recorded or captured for promotional, testimonial, or educational use. If you wish for your session to remain private, written notice must be sent to designsbydonellia@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered consent. Digital Resource & IP Policy All digital resources provided are for personal use only. No materials (PDFs, templates, photos, verbiage, videos, tools) may be shared, resold, repurposed, or publicly displayed without prior written permission.
