The Monthly Clarity Consulting experience is a 90-day strategic container built for founders who are ready for consistent, hands-on guidance from a trusted brand strategist. Perfect for those moving from clarity into execution, this is where strategy becomes structure. Each month, you’ll receive dedicated sessions, actionable plans, and expert feedback designed to keep you aligned, accountable, and moving forward with precision. This isn’t coaching, it’s partnership. You’ll have direct access to a strategist who knows your brand inside and out, helping you make informed decisions without the confusion, hesitation, or burnout of trying to do it all alone. What’s Included: – One 90-minute Clarity Session per month (3 total) – Two 30-minute check-in calls monthly (6 total) – Custom 90-Day Brand Strategy & Execution Plan (Product/Campaign Ideation Not Included) – The Brand Blueprint Deluxe (150+ pages of strategy tools + AI prompts) – The Price Positioning Blueprint (included within the Brand Blueprint system) – Digital Clarity Map to document your brand’s evolution – Session Meeting Notes for easy implementation – Light messaging support (email or chat) during consulting hours – Strategic feedback for one key launch, campaign, or event Why It Matters: You don’t just need advice, you need alignment. This offer keeps you focused, structured, and supported as you refine your brand in real time, with expert strategy guiding every decision. Best For: Founders launching within 1–3 months, repositioning their brand, or navigating a major pivot—who want the depth of an in-house strategist without the full-time cost. Disclaimer: A $50 consultation fee is required to assess service fit. If you don’t qualify, it will be credited toward any other DBD service booked within 30 days. Once approved, you’ll receive a separate link to book.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This serves as your e-signature confirming your understanding and acceptance. Booking & Refund Policy You are responsible for booking and attending your session on time. All bookings are non-refundable. No exceptions. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment via your confirmation email. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is not permitted. Appointments cannot be canceled once booked. No-Show Policy You have a 15-minute grace period to join your session. If you miss it, your session will be marked as a no-show and a $100 non-refundable rebooking fee will apply. A new booking link will be sent within 1–2 business days; allow up to 5 business days during holiday periods. Rebooking is first come, first served and not guaranteed. After two no-shows, your booking privileges will be permanently revoked. Disputing this fee will result in an immediate booking ban. Punctuality Policy Late arrivals will not receive additional time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If Designs By Donellia is late (rare), your full session time will be honored. In the rare case that Designs By Donellia must cancel, you will be notified promptly and rescheduled. Disputes & Policy Violations If you dispute charges made by you, or after services have been rendered or violate any outlined policies, legal action will be taken, and future booking access will be revoked. Any form of public defamation, slander, or misrepresentation will result in legal action. Content Use Agreement Sessions may be recorded or captured for promotional, testimonial, or educational use. If you wish for your session to remain private, written notice must be sent to designsbydonellia@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered consent. Digital Resource & IP Policy All digital resources, and concepts/ideas given are licensed for personal use only.
