SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Clarity Fit Call — $27 A 15-minute qualification call designed for founders who know they need support but aren’t sure which DBD service fits best. We’ll quickly review where you are in your brand journey and identify the most aligned next step for your goals. ⚠️ Important: This is not a strategy session. It’s a placement call to ensure fit. The $27 booking fee is non-refundable, but will be credited back to you as a DBD coupon valid for 7 days toward any recommended. Availability: Appointments are held Tuesdays only between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. CST. If all slots are full, you may join the waitlist. Waitlist openings are reviewed manually and offered based on Tuesday availability, typically between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. CST. Refund Policy: The $27 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Your credit is only issued if you attend your call and is valid for 7 days after your session. If you choose not to move forward, the credit/coupon expires. Reschedule Policy: You may reschedule your call up to 1 hour before your scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email. Missed calls or late arrivals are considered no-shows and forfeit the booking fee. No rebookings are allowed for missed appointments. Eligibility: Designs by Donellia’s one-on-one services begin at $500+. Clients with smaller budgets may be referred to entry-level resources instead. Disclaimer: Booking a Service Inquiry Call does not guarantee acceptance into DBD programs. DBD reserves the right to decline bookings that do not align with our service structure or capacity. This is not an inquiry for Done-For-You Branding. Done-For-You branding is invite-only after receiving a full Clarity Session.

Designs by Donellia Creative Inquiry Call Policy PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING By booking this call, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This serves as your e-signature confirming your understanding and acceptance. Purpose of the Call • Creative Inquiry Calls are not strategy sessions. • This call is strictly a qualification conversation to determine if your brand and needs align with our services. • No strategy, audits, or deliverables are provided on this call. Booking Policy • We accept a maximum of 5 Creative Inquiry Calls per week. Availability is first-come, first-served. • Each call requires a $27 non-refundable booking fee. • All bookings are manually approved. If your needs do not align with our services, your call may not be accepted. Instead, you may receive an email with recommended next steps or resources. Booking Fee & Credit • The $27 booking fee will be credited back to you as a DBD coupon code, valid for 7 days after the call. • This credit can only be applied toward eligible services recommended to you by our team. • If you choose not to move forward, the booking fee is forfeited. Eligibility & Budget Requirements • Designs by Donellia does not offer one-on-one services under $500. • Clients with budgets under $500 may be referred to entry-level resources, such as our Brand Audit tool or Brand Blueprint workbook. • If your brand or budget does not align, your booking may not be approved. Call Facilitator • Your call may be hosted by Donellia directly or by a trained member of the DBD sales team. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy • You may reschedule your call up to 1 hour before your scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email. • After this window, the booking is locked and cannot be rescheduled. • No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling. If you miss your call, you forfeit your booking fee and will not be permitted to book another inquiry call. • All booking fees are non-refundable. The only credit option is the coupon outlined above, which requires you to attend your call.
